If you are worried about internet security, you should use 4QD's shopping cart's secure server to apply by credit card. You may order 'Unlisted Product'. There is a page of instructions. Don't forget to tell us your chosen 'Username' and 'Password', for site access or we will have to chose these for you.

What happens now?
